All mail-in repairs will be authorised by our tech team who will be in touch with shipping and payment instructions. We aim to respond within 2 hours of booking during business hours.
Appointment confirmation
Once you have submitted your repair request please allow for up to 2 hours for our team to confirm your appointment, our team will be in touch to confirm stock availability for your appointment time (During business hours).A £5 booking fee is required for all appointments, this fee is deducted from your final repair and is not an additional charge, this fee is designed to reduce the amount of missed appointments and allows for more slots to be available to those that need them.
